For Voyager Middle School Band and Orchestra Students
Directions:
Enter the week of practice.
Fill out the daily boxes with the number of minutes you've practiced each day for one week.
Click the 'Total' button to calculate your total minutes for the week.
'Sign' the form by entering your name and class.
Click the 'Submit' button. The form will be emailed to Mr. Clark.
Note: To earn an "A", you must practice 140 or more minutes each week (this breaks down to 20 minutes a day). Any extra minutes practiced are also added towards the final total and may be used as extra credit.
